Every year students complete their studies carrying massive debt and for the most part there way forward is hampered by this burden and the need to clear their account before they receive their certification. HCF is pleased to be able to assist some of these students – it is a drop in the ocean of a very vast problem and hopefully some of the other Funders can see their way to doing the same.
