Supported through her medical studies by the Foundation, Hannah has recently qualified as a General Practitioner and taken an extraordinary next step: launching her own practice, The Open-Door Clinic, in Mowbray, Cape Town.
True to the spirit of the name, Dr. Abrahams-Crocker is committed to making her clinic a space where healthcare feels truly accessible. In addition to her day-to-day practice, she is offering free consultations once a month — a generous initiative aimed at individuals and families who often go without care due to financial barriers. It’s her way of giving back, of paying forward the support she once received, and of grounding her new venture in community-focused values.
Her work reflects the very best of what we hope to see in the next generation of South African doctors: a blend of clinical excellence, entrepreneurial vision, and a heart for service.
