Ladles of Love is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating hunger and food waste. Its mission is to provide nutritious meals to the most vulnerable communities through various initiatives. One of these initiatives involves providing healthy meals twice a day to preschools and ECD’s, as well as their teachers. The Harry Crossley Foundation is proud to support one of these ECD centers, the HoneyBees Educare in Dunoon. Every day, 100 children at the center enjoy nourishing meals, helping them stay focused and active in their early learning journey.
In addition, this year the Foundation has equipped the center with essential learning materials, including a variety of stationery, educational posters, toys and games. These resources ensure that teachers have the tools they need to create an enriching learning environment.
We are proud of the impactful work being done by Ladles of Love and the incredible efforts of those involved at HoneyBees Educare, who are shaping the lives of these children.
