Visit to Infinity Culinary Training

We were invited to the hand over of uniforms for the first cohort of trainees for 2019 at the Infinity Culinary Training Centre in Cape Town. It was a morning of much excitement as the uniforms were handed over to the trainees. This is a program that is very inspiring as the young men and women who graduate from ICT are placed into hotel and coffee shop kitchens around Cape Town. For many this is a lifeline to a new life, one in which they have the ability to take care of themselves. The joy was tangible and we were privileged to be part of this occasion.
