Celebrating ICT’s 51st Graduation Class

The Harry Crossley Foundation was recently invited to attend the 51st graduation ceremony of the Infinity Culinary Training (ICT) programme. The Foundation is a proud supporter of Infinity Culinary Training, which provides unemployed youth with professional culinary training, practical cooking skills, and essential life skills.

Students take part in an intensive training programme, learning from experienced chefs, and are then placed in professional kitchens through internship programmes, where they receive hands-on experience in various restaurants. This practical experience ensures that graduates are well prepared for direct employment within the hospitality industry.

At the graduation ceremony, we had the pleasure of witnessing students receive their qualifications and hearing about their inspiring journeys through the programme, as well as their reflections on the experience. The event was attended by ICT chefs, trainers, and proud family members and friends, all gathered to celebrate the graduates’ achievements.
